HEAD LOSS IN TAPPING SLEEVES

Report of experiments concerning the loss carrying capacity in distribution system. Relation-ship between minor loss coefficients and size of the top over a range of top hole sizes. Results indicate that loss is not significant as long as the top cutout is greater than 90% of the pipe size.
